Item Description
An interesting early sword.  Most likely a dress or ceremonial sword.  Has an unusual guard with a large shroud.  There is engraving on the shroud.  Blade is marked Karl Kirmes Zurich.  In overall fair to good condition.  Some nicking in the blade and the tin part of the shroud is loose and needs fastened back to the guard.  Measures about 43" long overall.
