length: 10.5cm
Heavy Duty 3.14 oz Solid Brass Bulkhead Fitting, 1-1/8 inch female threaded all the way, install spigot on either end. Heavy Duty 1-1/8 inch No Kink Quarter Turn Solid Brass Ball Valve with Garden Hose Hook Up.
Two installation methods: Brass partition fittings front mounting and back mounting.
Bulkhead fittings need 1.10 inch diameter holes to install. Fit up to 0.4 inch thickness wall. Large 10mm Flow Opening, Great Flow Rate at Approx. 15 Second/Gallon or 4GPM, Tested with 2 ft Water.
Tools needed for installation: electric drill, 1-1/8 inch hole saw, and pipe wrench or adjustable wrench.
Two washers(8mm between inner ring and outer ring) are effective in preventing leakage.
installation procedure
Step 1: Drill 1-1/8inch hole.
Step 2:Drop the fitting male piece inside.
Step 3: Pick up the fitting from outside.
Step 4: Tighten the nut.
Step 5:Wrap with thread tape.
Step 6:Tighten the faucet clockwise.
