usage instructions:
to use: for adult use only. shake well for 10-15 seconds pour a capful into mouth and gently swish and pull between teeth and gums. start with 3 minutes and work up to 20 minutes for best results. spit the rinse into a garbage pail and not the sink, as oils may solidify in cooler temperatures.
