The battery pack that can start the car can basically meet the power supply needs of this circuit
Switch function: press the switch for 1.5 seconds to turn on (green light flashes, output a low power spot welding pulse every 3 seconds or so), press the switch for 1.5 seconds (blue light flash, output a medium power spot welding pulse every 3 seconds), press the switch 1.5 Seconds (red light flashes, high-power spot welding pulse is output every 3 seconds) Press the switch for 1.5 seconds to shut down.
