9.5” enameled metal boxcar was made Manufacturing era, 1918 or earlier. It is original light shade of orange with black 98237 CM&STP lettering, Lionel MFG CO NY embossed underside. Car is original/complete, has some wear, mainly edges and ribs, better than expected roof, all readable lettering. Late MFG car.
