Vintage, Mid Century lace look garterbelt with small frilly ruffled edge.
Cute and feminine!
Bestform  style #2231
Size is extra small  23-24
Material is cotton, rayon, nylon.
Color is off white (cream, light tan, flesh) back panel is white.
Fabric has some minor soiling. No tears or holes. There is one spot where the stitching on the back panel is frayed but there is no hole. (see last photo)
Elastic still has some flexibility.
4 metal hooks are intact and good working order.
