DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All items will be securely packaged or palletized and shipped via the best and most economical way possible. A contact name, phone #, and business name if applicable must be provided with all orders to expedite the process.
Shipping Method:
We ship all items using either USPS, UPS, FedEx, or LTL Freight depending on the size and weight of the item.
Local pickup at our warehouse in Tom Bean, Texas is also accepted.
Shipping Cost:
Costs will vary depending on a variety of factors which include the size and weight of the item as well as the distance between your location and our facility. For freight shipping, other factors such as whether or not you have a loading dock or forklift available to unload, and whether delivery is to a residential or commercial location will also factor into the final cost.
Handling Fees:
We do not typically charge any handling fees. A crating fee may be charged on rare occasions. This will be disclosed in the listing if applicable.
Shipping Time:
All small items are shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment. Larger items that need to be shipped via freight carrier will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Once it leaves our facility, the time in transit will depend on the service used.
Same Day Shipping Policy
Contact us before 12:00 Noon, Central Standard Time by phone if you need same-day shipping.
Same Day Shipping may not be available for freight items or if we are experiencing a large volume of outgoing orders.
Buyer Arranged Shipping
Buyers are welcome to make their own shipping arrangements. Please provide us with your FEDEX or UPS account number, Pre-Printed label, or Bill of Lading.
Buyer arranged shipping must occur in a timely manner. Items cannot be stored more than 3 days after payment clears.
LTL Freight (Large Items)
If the eBay shipping calculator is not working, please contact us for an accurate shipping quote. Charges will be calculated based on the address registered with eBay at the time of purchase. If shipping to a different address, please contact us at the conclusion of the sale so we can revise the invoice for the correct amount. This does not apply to items that have free shipping

If no business name is provided we will assume that delivery is to a residential address and fees will be assessed accordingly. Please let us know if you require a lift-gate as additional fees will also apply. For business deliveries you must provide a business name in order to qualify for commercial discounts.
You will be notified within 1 business day after purchase with an invoice that will reflect shipping charges to the type of address you have provided.
Crating fees may apply on certain items. This will be disclosed when applicable.
You are welcome to arrange your own transportation. We will provide you with accurate dimensions and weights of the skid(s). By arranging your own shipping the buyer assumes full responsibility once it leaves our facility and we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged freight. After the shipment is arranged please forward a copy of the BILL OF LADING to us via email.
We rarely ship large items outside the US. You must arrange for a freight forwarder to take delivery of these items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Orders are subject to DUTIES, TAXES or other Import Fees; the bidder/buyer[s] is solely responsible for these fees, documents and transportation if held at a customs office in the destination country. In the event that you have questions about international shipping costs or logistics please contact us before purchase.

To expedite the process, please contact us first with the reason for return and include all relative listing information. We will then work with you to determine the best course of action and take the necessary steps to remedy the situation. If buyer files negative/ neutral feedback or opens a case prior to allowing us the opportunity to resolve the issue, we will NOT be obligated to issue a refund.
All returns must be in the same condition as they were originally shipped and include all original undamaged items, in re-saleable condition with all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.
Software sales are non-refundable.
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
20% Re-stocking fees may apply to offset initial shipping costs.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item, regardless of fault or liability.
DO NOT return items that are damaged during shipment. A claim will need to be submitted to the shipper, and they may need to inspect the item and packing material to make a determination. Insurance claims often take up to 30 days to settle. Buyer will be reimbursed at the time of and according to shippers determination of claim.
No refunds will be issued for items that are sold "AS IS", or for items that are incorrectly installed, misused, or abused by the purchaser. Additionally, returns cannot be accepted for perishable or single-use items once opened.
